Prior to taking out a new tenancy or renewing an existing tenancy agreement we can provide a pre-tenancy condition survey followed by a full condition report, including a full colour photo catalogue to record the existing condition. A pre-tenancy condition survey is useful when requesting a bond payment refund and/or for reporting defects, as these will likely be shown in the report and disagreements can usually be resolved by comparing it with the report. The pre-tenancy condition surveys are also useful for landlords for these same reasons.
