As a damp and timber specialist we have the skills to investigate walls, floors and timbers affected by damp related defects, trace and record readings to determine the cause and extent of damage and prepare detailed reports explaining these findings. Training as a damp and timber specialist involves the study of many different types of rot and infestation and all types and causes of dampness to buildings. Although our main line of work is as a damp and timber specialist, this area of work including ongoing training and day to day inspections gives us the knowledge to look at other building defects and include these in our reports.
