Our surveyor is qualified and recognised as a CSRT surveyor and CSSW surveyor. CSRT is the qualification Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatment and CSSW, Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing. Both qualifications are held with the PCA – Property Care Association and are recognised in the damp and timber surveying industry nationwide. Since becoming a CSRT surveyor, I have continued to maintain a good working relationship with the PCA and regularly attend conferences and seminars to ensure I keep up to date with new regulations and treatments etc. Although proud to have achieved the CSRT surveyor status, I am now currently working towards the APC Building Surveyor qualification with RICS – Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Working towards new goals and qualifications allows me to ensure Continuous Professional Development is met, which is applied in all my work.
