Commercial Property:

Over the past 10 years, we have carried out full commercial surveying, from damp and timber surveys, building condition surveys and flood remediation surveys to various types and sizes of commercial property including intrusive works where required.

When carrying out commercial surveying services, each area of the property is fully inspected and reported on, with all areas photographed and shown on floor plans. Our reports are comprehensive and transparent making them easy to read and understand, ensuring that they are useful to all relevant personnel including those involved in other areas of work or who haven’t visited the site prior to receiving the report.

Examples of previous reports are available on request (these are not complete, in order to protect client confidentiality). I can also provide a copy of my CV as well as references from previous projects.

If you require a survey carrying out to any commercial property please call to arrange, we may require a site viewing prior to offering a quotation. Our quotation will be issued on a survey proposal detailing all survey details including areas covered and method statements etc. The surveys can include intrusive works such as removal of plaster and/or drilling of bearing end timbers to make for a more in-depth survey although any intrusive works would be subject to additional costs, please state any specific requests.

We are able to complete PQQs and provide any relevant health and safety information required, we also hold appropriate insurances including professional indemnity.
